May 6th - Day 6

On Saturday, Simon and I went to the Indian Museum at Kearsarge. When we got there there were only 2 cars parked and the museum was in a former barn so we were a little worried. But the museum was great. There were so many artifacts from different parts of the America's that were incredibly interesting and beautiful. It is sad to think how little recognition Native Americans are getting today. Still their small amount of territory left is being invaded like with the construction of the Dakota Access Pipeline. I'm glad we visited the museum, I love small local museums.
